Product Management Process & Case Studies
The process and case studies below demonstrate my capabilities with representative products and features. While these examples provide a snapshot of my work, they represent only a fraction of my knowledge and potential contributions.
Product Management Process
The process outlines the methods, frameworks and tools I frequently leverage for the product development lifecycle at work
01
Ideation
Focus on deepening customer behavior and develop insights through:
- regular customer interviews,
- customer feedback,
- understanding competitive landscape,
- mapping customer journeys, or frame empathy maps,
- brainstorming across teams with design thinking techniques and digital collaboration tools,
- classifying pain points,
- and quantifying impact using analytics
02
Research & Validate
Spearhead alignment and documentation on the current and desired state qualitatively and quantitatively with the relevant teams. It is needed for:
- defining the accurate problem,
- desired outcomes through data-driven insights,
- scoping customer needs, goals, and success metrics (positive and guardrail metrics).
- design and run experimentation in the absence of the current user journey or when introducing new workflows.
03
Design & Dev
Collaborate cross-funtionally with UX Design, Program, and Engineering and several other teams to build the solution and hash out roadmap. . It involves:
- documenting customer-centric solution scope,
- summarizing insights developed through experimentation
- map use cases with prioritization and timelines,
- and communicate the future state and progress to stakeholders.
04
Launch
Emphasize on carefully introducing the new feature or product to the market through:
- cross-functional coordination for successful rollout,
- creating market awareness
- driving user adoption
- marketing and communication planning
- sales and support preparation
- performance tracking setup
- establishing feedback mechanisms
Once the feature has been successfully rolled out, conducting post-launch quantitative and qualitative analysis, running retrospectives with cross-functional teams, and documenting learnings for iterative improvements is essential part of the development cycle.
Case Studies
